Sales Specialist (CNC Machine Tools)
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a results-driven Online Sales Specialist (CNC Machine Tools) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machines, proven experience in sales, and excellent communication skills. You will support our Indian Sales Team, helping drive sales of CNC machine tools across multiple industries.
Job Brief:
- Engage with Indian-based customers, identify requirements, and match them with available CNC machine inventory (virtual).
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored CNC machine solutions.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Provide technical support and product expertise during the sales cycle.
- Track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on CNC industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Machine Tool Industry / Machinery / Cutting Tools / Industrial Equipment Sales (mandatory).
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC milling, turning, grinding, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Accountant – US Finance
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Accountant with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, US GAAP, Taxation, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of our US entity. This is a night shift (IST) position to support our US business hours.
Job Brief:
- Manage day-to-day US accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and applicable federal and state tax laws.
- Handle payroll processing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) for the US entity.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with cash flow management.
- Coordinate with US-based tax consultants and auditors for timely tax filings and audits.
- Assist with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for US operations.
- Maintain proper financial documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA or CMA is an added advantage).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in US Accounting, preferably working with remote or international teams.
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent understanding of US GAAP, payroll processing, 1099/W-2 procedures, and IRS compliance.
- Knowledge of multi-currency accounting is an added advantage.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with cross-functional remote teams.
- Comfortable working permanent night shifts aligned with US business hours.
