Job Brief:
We are seeking a results-driven Online Sales Specialist (CNC Machine Tools) to join our dynamic
team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in CNC machines, proven
experience in sales, and excellent communication skills. You will support our US & Indian Sales
Team, helping drive sales of CNC machine tools across multiple industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with Indian-based customers, identify requirements, and match them with available CNC machine inventory (virtual)
- Conduct needs assessments and recommend tailored CNC machine solutions
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales proposals and quotations
- Negotiate contracts and close deals while meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Provide technical support and product expertise during the sales cycle
- Track sales activities, leads, and customer interactions in the CRM system
- Stay updated on CNC industry trends, competitors, and new technologies
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine strategies
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Machine Tool Industry / Machinery / Cutting Tools / Industrial Equipment Sales (mandatory)
- Strong technical knowledge of CNC milling, turning, grinding, and related technologies
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite

Accountant – India & US Finance
Job Brief:
To manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for both India and
US operations, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting aligned with business
objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Bookkeeping & Core Accounting
- Maintain complete books of accounts (AP, AR, GL)
- Daily accounting entries, journal postings, and reconciliations
- Bank, vendor, and customer ledger reconciliation
- Expense tracking and cost allocation
2. Financial Reporting & MIS
- Prepare monthly P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
- Monthly closing and reporting within defined timelines
- MIS reporting for management (weekly/monthly dashboards)
- Budget vs actual analysis and variance reporting
3. India Compliance & Payroll
- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax filings
- Manage PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, and statutory deductions
- Process payroll and maintain salary structures
- Coordinate with external CA for filings and audits
4. US Accounting (Primary Requirement)
- Maintain US books as per US GAAP standards
- Work on QuickBooks / Zoho Books / Xero
- Manage invoicing, collections, and vendor payments (US clients)

5. Accounts Receivable & Payable Control
- Ensure timely collections and follow-ups on outstanding payments

- Maintain audit-ready financial records
- Support internal and external audits
- Ensure proper documentation and financial controls
7. Process Improvement & Automation
- Improve accounting workflows and reporting systems

- Suggest cost control and financial optimization strategies
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong knowledge of Indian Accounting + US GAAP
- Hands-on experience in QuickBooks / Zoho / Tally / Xero
- Strong command over Excel (MIS, dashboards, financial models)
- Practical knowledge of PF, ESI, GST, TDS compliance
- Experience in multi-entity accounting (India + US)
Soft Skills:
- Excellent English communication (mandatory for US coordination)

Job Brief:
MachineStation USA is seeking experienced U.S. calling professionals based in India to manage both inbound and outbound sales calls with American customers.
This role requires excellent American English communication, confidence speaking with U.S. business owners and decision-makers, and prior experience working U.S. business hours. You will serve as the first point of contact for prospective customers—qualifying leads, handling inquiries, and supporting the U.S. sales team during Pacific Time hours.
This is not a generic call center role. It is a professional, business-to business (B2B) sales communication position with real customer interaction and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls from U.S. customers in a professional, confident, and consultative manner
- Make outbound follow-up and prospecting calls to U.S.-based businesses
- Understand customer requirements and qualify leads for the sales team
- Provide accurate, high-level information regarding:
- Machine availability
- Pricing ranges
- Next steps in the sales process
- Log call notes, lead details, and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate closely with the U.S. sales team during Pacific business hours
- Maintain a polished American business communication style at all times
Required Skills and Competencies:
- 3+ years of experience in U.S. inbound and outbound calling (B2B preferred)
