Key Responsibilities:

Job Brief:

Accountant - US Finance
Key Responsibilities:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced US Accountant with strong proficiency in QuickBooks, US GAAP, Taxation, and Compliance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial and accounting operations of our US entity. This is a night shift (IST) position to support our US business hours.
Job Brief:
- Manage day-to-day US accounting operations, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with US GAAP.
- Ensure compliance with IRS regulations and applicable federal and state tax laws.
- Handle payroll processing, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Accounts Payable (AP) for the US entity.
- Perform bank and credit card reconciliations and assist with cash flow management.
- Coordinate with US-based tax consultants and auditors for timely tax filings and audits.

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Indian Accountant to manage the full spectrum of accounting, finance, taxation, and compliance activities for our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Tally, Indian taxation (GST, TDS), and financial compliance as per Indian laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations in Tally / Zoho including journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
- Ensure accurate and timely filing of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory returns.
- Prepare financial statements, MIS reports, and cash flow forecasts.
- Handle accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and vendor payments.
- Coordinate with auditors and consultants for statutory audits, income tax filings, and ROC filings.
- Maintain and organize financial records for regulatory compliance.
- Manage payroll processing, PF, ESI, and other employee-related statutory deductions.

CNC Maintenance Technician - Ahmedabad
Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled CNC Maintenance Technician responsible for diagnosing, repairing, testing, and maintaining CNC machines and related electrical, mechanical, and control systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and troubleshoot CNC machine electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control issues.
- Perform repair, maintenance, installation, and servicing of CNC machines.
- Troubleshoot CNC controls, drives, motors, PLCs, sensors, and electrical panels.
- Identify faulty components and coordinate for replacement/repair.
- Conduct machine testing and ensure machines are operational after repair.
- Maintain service reports, repair records, and machine history.

Job Summary:
We are looking for an Operations & Admin Executive to manage the day-to-day operational and administrative activities of our Ahmedabad warehouse and office. The role requires a hands-on person who can coordinate with employees, vendors, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily warehouse operations including inward, outward, dispatch, loading/unloading, and material movement.
- Maintain inventory, stock movement, delivery challans, gate passes, and other operational records.
- Coordinate with Sales, Service, Finance, HR, Logistics, and Operations teams.
- Manage office and warehouse administration, housekeeping, security, maintenance, and facility requirements.
