Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our Sales Team by managing customer information, coordinating sales activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring seamless communication between internal teams and clients.

Job Brief:

  • Maintain accurate and complete customer records in CRM and sales systems.

Position: Accountant – India & US Finance
Location: Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a highly experienced Accountant – India & US Finance to manage end-to-end accounting, financial reporting, and compliance for both India and US operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accuracy, regulatory compliance, and timely reporting aligned with business objectives.

Job Brief:

  • Maintain complete books of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Perform daily accounting entries, journal postings, and reconciliations.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, vendor accounts, and customer ledgers.
  • Track expenses and allocate costs accurately across departments and entities.
  • Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, Balance Sheets, and Cash Flow statements.
  • Complete monthly closing and reporting within defined timelines.
  • Prepare MIS reports, including weekly and monthly dashboards for management.
  • Conduct budget vs actual analysis and variance reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, Labour Welfare, and statutory deductions.
