Acceptance of Terms

By accessing machinestation.in, browsing our machine listings, submitting an inquiry, or completing a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please discontinue use of the website and refrain from proceeding with a purchase.

These terms apply to all visitors, buyers, sellers, and brokers who interact with MachineStation India, whether through the website, WhatsApp, email, or in person at our facility in Agwar, Uttar Pradesh.

Product Information

MachineStation India lists used, pre-owned, and refurbished CNC machines sourced from manufacturing units, dealers, and private sellers. We make reasonable efforts to ensure listing accuracy, including specifications, make, model, year, control system, and axis travel, but we do not guarantee that every detail is free from error.

• Specifications are compiled from seller records, nameplate data, and physical inspection where available.
• Photographs represent the general condition of a listed machine and may not reflect every unit if multiple identical machines are available under one listing.
• Availability is subject to change without notice, as machines may be sold, reserved, or removed from inventory at any time.

Machine Condition

All machines are sold on an "as-is, where-is" basis unless a specific written condition guarantee is provided at the time of sale. Used CNC equipment may show signs of wear consistent with its age and operating hours, including surface rust, worn tooling interfaces, or outdated control software.

Condition Grading

Where applicable, listings may reference an internal condition grade (Excellent, Good, Fair, For Parts). This grade is a general indicator based on visual inspection and seller disclosure, and does not substitute for a buyer's own due diligence or third-party inspection.

Pricing

Prices listed on machinestation.in are quoted in the currency specified on the listing and are subject to change without prior notice. Displayed prices may exclude applicable GST, loading, packing, freight, insurance, and export documentation charges unless explicitly stated as inclusive.

• Quoted prices do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by an authorized MachineStation India representative.
• Bulk or multi-machine purchases may be eligible for negotiated pricing at our discretion.
• Currency conversion for international buyers is indicative only and finalized at the prevailing rate on the date of invoicing.

Inspection

Buyers are strongly encouraged to inspect machines in person, or appoint a third-party inspection agency, prior to finalizing a purchase. MachineStation India can arrange video calls, running demonstrations, or on-site visits to our Agwar facility upon request.

Pre-Shipment Inspection

For export orders, a pre-shipment inspection report can be arranged at the buyer's cost. Once a machine has been inspected and approved in writing, or once payment has been made without a requested inspection, the buyer accepts the condition of the machine as final.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch and typically follow an advance-plus-balance structure for both domestic and export orders.

• A booking advance is required to reserve a machine and remove it from active listing.
• The balance payment is due prior to loading, unless alternate terms (such as Letter of Credit for export orders) have been agreed in writing.
• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, Stripe, and Letter of Credit for qualifying international transactions.
• Advances are non-refundable if the buyer withdraws from the transaction after inspection approval, except where MachineStation India is unable to deliver the agreed machine.

Shipping

MachineStation India coordinates domestic transport and export logistics, including containerization, loading, and documentation, through third-party freight partners. Shipping timelines are estimates and depend on partner availability, port congestion, and customs clearance.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the machine is loaded and dispatched, in accordance with the Incoterm agreed for the transaction (e.g. EXW, FOB, CIF). Buyers are responsible for arranging appropriate transit insurance unless otherwise agreed.

Warranty

Unless a specific written warranty is issued for a given machine, all used CNC equipment is sold without manufacturer warranty. Where MachineStation India offers a limited functional warranty, it typically covers confirmed operational status of the spindle and primary axis motion at the time of dispatch, for a defined period stated in the sale invoice.

• Warranty, where offered, does not cover consumables, tooling, electronics damaged in transit, or issues arising from improper installation.
• Any warranty claim must be reported in writing within the coverage period, accompanied by photo or video evidence of the fault.

Returns

Given the nature of used industrial machinery and associated freight costs, sales are generally final once a machine has been inspected, approved, and dispatched. Returns may be considered on a case-by-case basis where a machine materially differs from its confirmed written specification.

Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery, and any approved return is subject to the buyer covering return freight, reconditioning, and a restocking assessment.

Liability

MachineStation India's liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the invoice value of the specific machine involved. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost production time, installation costs, or downstream business impact arising from machine performance.

Buyers are responsible for ensuring machines are installed, wired, and operated by qualified personnel in compliance with local safety and electrical regulations.

Privacy

Information submitted through our website, including inquiry forms, WhatsApp conversations, and email correspondence, is used solely to process inquiries, prepare quotations, and coordinate transactions. We do not sell buyer or seller contact information to third parties.

Machine listing data submitted by sellers may be displayed publicly on machinestation.in, machinestation.mx, and machinestation.us as part of our shared catalog network.
